ABOUT ME

I am a native of San Antonio and a proud alumna of St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas. I helped keep Austin weird by moving to Fort Worth. I began teaching in 2001 and have experience with grades 2-5. My favorite thing about teaching is how every day is different. Every class is different and every child brings joy in one way or another.

When I'm not teaching, I love spending time with my girls and husband. We love attending UT football games, traveling, hiking, reading, going to concerts, and pinning on Pinterest. Well, I like Pinterest. My husband is still trying to delete his account I set up for him. :)
